RideWrap will happily refund regular-priced, new merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date (online) or purchase date (in-store). After this time, a credit will be issued for a period of up to 30 days from the shipping date (online) or purchase date (in-store). All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10% of the purchase price. All online orders are refunded less our real shipping costs.
Products must be unused, not damaged and not peeled from the backing (for protection kits). All original tags and stickers must still be attached. Apart from the box, if it doesn’t still look brand new, we can’t sell it as new! The original invoice that was included with delivery must be sent with the returned package.
All returns must be shipped back to us with a tracked service. RideWrap does not offer return postage.

RideWrap does not have an exchange process. If you have ordered the wrong kit, please order a new kit via the site to get that en route to you and submit a return request. If you have re-ordered by the time we receive your returned product, we will waive the restocking fee on your return.
