RideWrap will accept returns on regular-priced, new merchandise within 14 days of the shipping date (online). After this time, a credit will be issued for a period of up to 30 days from the shipping date (online). As our products are made to order we do not offer ‘free’ returns, all returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the purchase price as well as a deduction of our real outbound shipping costs (the cost of getting the product to you in the first place.). Please be mindful when you make your order to ensure that you are ordering the correct products as this policy applies to returns for any reason including ordering mistakes.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, not damaged and not peeled from the backing (for protection kits). All original tags and stickers must still be attached. Apart from the box, if it doesn’t still look brand new, we won’t accept it as new! The original invoice that was included with delivery must be sent with the returned package.
All returns must be shipped back to us with a tracked service. RideWrap does not offer return postage, we recommend the lowest cost tracked service, there is no rush once you have notified us.

RideWrap does not have an exchange process. If you have ordered the wrong kit, please order a new kit via the site to get that en route to you and submit a return request for your other order. If you have re-ordered by the time we receive your returned product, we will waive the restocking fee on your return.
