All orders ship from our RideWrap store location in Whistler, BC. Orders will enter into processing the day they are placed.

We work as hard as possible to get your package dispatched within 24hrs, but please understand our kits are made to order. In-stock products typically ship the same day or up to 2 business days depending on production capacity. Kits listed as ‘In-Design’ are finishing their design phase and will be shipped as soon as they are ready, this is typically 5-7 business days.

RideWrap does not ship on weekends or statutory holidays.

Shipments leave daily at 3 pm. Any order changes or cancellations must be made prior to this time.

Domestic Canadian Shipping

Free shipping orders will be shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, FeDex, or UPS at our discretion. While we look to ship all free shipping orders inclusive of a tracking number, certain areas may not ship with this service.

International Shipping

Free shipping orders will be shipped via Canada Post/USPS, DHL, Purolator, FedEx, or UPS at our discretion. While we look to ship all free shipping orders inclusive of a tracking number, certain areas may not ship with this service.

The buyer is responsible for any applicable Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees on international sales. Depending on your country, if you do not want to incur brokerage fees you can contact the courier and make note that you will clear the shipment yourself, if this is the case and you require a commercial invoice, we will be happy to provide one. We cannot ship to PO/APO Boxes internationally. All international shipments will receive a tracking number.

For all shipments quoted delivery times are estimates only, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Please wait 14 days beyond our estimated delivery times before contacting us if your item has not been received.

Delivery timelines are given in business days. Deliveries are Monday-Friday, deliveries are not made on weekends or statutory holidays.

When your order ships, you will receive an email from RideWrap that includes the tracking information for your shipment. To ensure that you receive your Order Confirmation and shipping notification, please enter your email address carefully and accurately during checkout.
