All products are made to order and ship from our RideWrap locations in Whistler – Canada, Auckland – NZ, or Fjugesta – Sweden. After checkout, your order will begin processing and production on the morning of the next business day (if you order at 3am the next business day is at 8am local time for our facilities, happy late night shopping!).

We work as hard as possible to get your package dispatched within 24hrs from when it enters processing, but please understand that our kits are made to order and may be subject to production delays. In-stock designs and products typically ship the same day or up to 2 business days from the time they enter processing, dependent on current production capacity. Kits listed as ‘In-Design’ are finishing their design phase and will be shipped as soon as they are ready, this is typically 3-7 business days.

RideWrap does not produce or ship on weekends and/or statutory holidays.

Shipments leave daily at 12 pm. Any order changes or cancellations must be made prior to this time.

Canadian Shipping

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, FedEx, or UPS at our discretion. While we look to ship all free shipping orders inclusive of a tracking number, certain areas may not ship with this service. US Shipping

New Zealand Shipping

WorldWide Shipping

Orders will be shipped via Canada Post/USPS, DHL, Purolator, FedEx, or UPS and from the most suitable warehouse at our discretion. While we look to ship all free shipping orders inclusive of a tracking number, certain areas may not ship with this service. The expected shipping service delivery timeline is quoted at checkout and is in business days from the day the shipment leaves the facility, not from the order date.

The buyer is responsible for any applicable Duties, Taxes, and Brokerage Fees leveraged on international sales. Depending on your country, if you do not want to incur brokerage fees you can contact the courier and make note that you will clear the shipment yourself, if this is the case and you require a commercial invoice, we will be happy to provide one. We cannot ship to PO/APO Boxes internationally. All international shipments will receive a tracking number.

For all shipments quoted delivery times are estimates only, we cannot guarantee delivery dates. The expected shipping service delivery timeline is quoted at checkout and is in business days from the day the shipment leaves the facility, not from the order date.

Please wait 14 days beyond our estimated delivery times before contacting us if your item has not been received as we cannot rectify with the courier before this date.

Delivery timelines are given in business days. Deliveries are Monday-Friday, shipments and deliveries are not made on weekends or statutory holidays.

When your order ships, you will receive an email from RideWrap that includes the tracking information for your shipment. To ensure that you receive your Order Confirmation and shipping notification, please enter your email address carefully and accurately during checkout.

RideWrap does not offer return postage.
